The agreement

Playing the games
In short: the games are yours to play and enjoy, not to resell or pull apart.We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play our games for your own enjoyment. You may not sell them, charge others to access them, reverse-engineer or decompile them, or strip out and reuse their parts, except where the law says you can't be stopped from doing so.
What we own
In short: the games, art, and the one-eyed friend are ours.The games, their code, art, music, text, the Odd Little Games name, logo, and characters are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. You're welcome to share screenshots, clips, and links, and to make videos or streams of playing our games — that's encouraged. You may not pass our work off as your own or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you without asking first.
Fair use
In short: don't break, abuse, or misuse the site.When using our sites and games, please don't:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- try to hack, overload, or disrupt the site or its security;
- scrape or harvest the site with automated tools beyond ordinary use;
- upload anything harmful, or misrepresent who you are.
We may limit or remove access if someone uses the site this way.
Community & contributions
In short: be decent; you own your posts but let us show them.If you post in our community spaces (such as our Discord or comments), keep it respectful and lawful. You keep ownership of what you post, but you give us permission to display and share it within those spaces so the community works. We can remove content or access that breaks these terms or the platform's own rules.
Support & payments
In short: supporting us is optional and handled by Patreon.Our games are funded by supporters. Any pledges or payments are made through Patreon (or another named platform) and are governed by that platform's own terms and handled by its payment processors — we never see your card details. Supporting us is voluntary and doesn't buy ownership of the games or a guarantee that any specific game or feature will be made. For refunds or billing questions about a pledge, follow the platform's process; we'll help where we can.
Other services
In short: links to Patreon, Discord and the rest run on their own terms.Our sites link to services we don't control — Patreon, Discord, Bluesky, YouTube, our host, and others. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their terms and privacy policies. Visit statistics aren't handled by an outside service: we collect them with our own self-hosted Matomo server. Our Privacy Policy explains how.
No warranties
In short: the games are provided as they are.We put care into our games, but we provide the sites and games "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Liability
In short: we're a tiny studio; our liability is limited, but we don't dodge what the law won't let us.Changes & availability
