Want to leave one of our games? Use the form below to ask us to delete your account and the data linked to it. You don't need to give a reason.

How it works

In short: fill in the form, confirm by email, and we delete it.

Fill in the form below with the game and the email address on your account.
We email that address to check the request really came from you. We never delete an account until the owner confirms.
Once you confirm, we delete your account and its data within 30 days and email you when it's done.

If you'd rather not use the form, email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us which game.

I understand that deleting my account is permanent. My progress, purchases and any in-game items can't be restored afterwards.

In short: everything tied to your account.

Your account and login details (email address, username, password or sign-in link)
Your profile, game progress, saves, stats and match history
Your friends lists, messages and anything else you posted in the game
Notification and device tokens used to send you turn alerts

In short: only what the law makes us keep, and never for longer than needed.

Purchase and payment records are kept for 6 years because UK tax law requires it. Card details are held by the app store or payment provider, never by us.
Server backups may still hold your data until they roll off, within 30 days of deletion. We don't restore from them to bring deleted accounts back.
A record of your deletion request (your email and the date) is kept for 12 months so we can show we did what you asked.
Anonymous totals, such as how many games were played, are kept because they can't be linked back to you.
